transSpot provides continuously updated location and time based ride information in an easy-to-understand audio-visual format. High-definition LCD monitors display bus stop information. Information is also broadcast clearly over the vehicle’s speakers.
All the stops on a particular route are displayed, while current and upcoming stops are highlighted on a special screen. transSpot displays up-to-the-minute arrival times for particular stops. transSpot provides real-time traffic updates to lets passengers know if a bus is running late, or even ahead of schedule.
Next to each stop, landmark information is displayed on the monitors to aid passengers in recognizing their appropriate stop. Location based landmark information is helpful to
tourists and first-time riders that may be uncomfortable with the surroundings.

At the request of a transit operator, transSpot can enable WiFi internet access on the bus. WiFi can be offered as a free or on-demand service that enables passengers to get work done or surf the web during a ride.
In addition, for passengers who wish to close their eyes and catch up on some sleep on the bus, transSpot enables wake-up calls that can be pre-programmed on the internet. transSpot also
